We are pleased to present issue 4 of volume 9, covering the period from October to December 2025. This edition addresses topics of vital importance and relevance that reflect the diversity and complexity of research in various areas. This issue includes articles that explore the incidence of burnout syndrome in teachers at technological institutions, as well as a comprehensive analysis of crime rates in Ecuador using clustering techniques. In addition, marketing strategies to promote a culture of corporate governance are examined, and a transformational approach to university social responsibility is proposed. Each of these studies contributes significantly to knowledge and offers innovative perspectives for addressing contemporary social and academic challenges. We invite our readers to immerse themselves in this research, hoping that it will serve as a source of inspiration and reflection in their respective fields.
